We are committed to donating 100% of our net profits to worthy programs that support and benefit Veterans and their families.
It’s all about responsibility, a sense of priorities and gratitude…
When a nation sends its uniformed services into harms way for whatever reason, the nation has a responsibility to stand behind them. That responsibility is not optional.
We can debate whether our civilian leadership (most of whom have never been in uniform) truly understands the consequences of committing uniformed services to action, but what is not subject to debate is the trust the uniformed services must place in that civilian leadership to make the critical decisions upon which so many lives depend.
Today, there is a very large need for private organizations to fill this responsibility shortfall and that is why we are dedicated to helping.
Our media is obsessed with people who are “famous only for being famous”, yet those who do something truly heroic too often get the briefest of recognition. As we were planning our winery we realized that our wines could contribute to moving the discussion out of the “shallow end of the pool”.
Every vintage of our wine labels is a tribute to people and events, both military and civilian, that deserve greater attention. As a result our Acclaim series recognizes service and achievement and our Dedication series honors acts of heroism.
Our mission is not charity – it’s an expression of gratitude for those who have done far more for us than we could ever hope to do for them. It’s also not a sales gimmick where only an unspecified percentage of some amount is donated to a cause in hopes of increasing sales. We are all-in with a 100% commitment to our Veterans and their families.
There are some wonderful organizations who are on the front line helping where help is needed the most – you can see how effective the larger ones are at CharityNavigator.org – and we want to do our part by helping them.
Even if good wine is not part of your lifestyle we would like to respectfully request that you consider supporting one or more of these fine organizations.
